Which website design package would suit me best?
Choosing the right package depends on your business requirements. If you are just beginning business, and need an “online-brochure” of a couple of web pages that your customers can access, maybe the Start Up package is for you. On the other hand, a mid sized company would typically prefer our Professional or Premium packages to take advantage of the many additional features we offer there.
A great value package that we have on offer today is the Express Package - it comes with all the branding and marketing material you need, like a logo, a business card, a letter head template, and a 5 page website - all designed and ready for you to begin business!
What are your delivery times and guarantees?
All our delivery timelines are pre-agreed with you before the start of every project. Timelines are primarily based on the complexity levels of each project. Our focus is on delivering projects on time - every time. To help you plan better, we have indicative timelines based on the package you choose. For example, our Start Up package which consists of a 5 page website has a time frame of between 5 and 10 days, from concept, to design, right until delivery.
However, we are not bound by packages. If you want something that is not offered by our packages, contact us and we will work with you to customize a package and the pricing that accurately meets your needs.

How will I receive my finished website?
We will “demo” your entire website on a password protected page – which you can use to proof read, share with colleagues, and suggest any last minute changes you might want to make. Your website will go through a full quality check to ensure there are no broken links and pages lead to the right destination amongst other validations.
We can then either send you the full and final files of your website to you directly – or upload them to your server ourselves using your FTP (file transfer protocol) username and password. Your newly designed website will then be available online!
